The first city park of culture and recreation in Yamal was opened in Noyabrsk. Reconstruction of the city park is the largest project of the Comfortable Urban Environment program in the entire region. The park changed not only its name, becoming a park from Detskoye — Noyabrsk, but completely changed its appearance. Harmoniously blending into the natural landscape, the park mesmerizes with its scale and modern architectural solutions. Quiet zones here, where everyone can enjoy nature and silence, are replaced by unusual art objects, bright and maximally filled multifunctional sites.
